Circular route with departure and return in Cambrils. You go up the Riera d'Alforja to Alforja. There begins a 6.5km climb, with a fairly steep first part. We arrived at the Puigcerver Hermitage and enjoyed spectacular views. Steep descent to Riudecols (be careful with the brakes). Then a flat road to Botarell. There we go down the Segures ravine to Montbrió and return to Cambrils through the Riera d'Alforja.

Authentic BTT route: varied, by the type of terrain, downhill, uphill.... highly recommended!!! We left Cambrils direction Riudecanyes. We arrived at Riudecanyes by a beautiful but narrow road. We begin to climb through paths in the middle of trees and shade until we reach the paved track that climbs to the castle of Escornalbou, hard climb. Quick descent to Vilanova d'Escornalbou and climb a great trail that passes through the foothills of the mountain of the Virgen de la Roca. This section has some technical points, but you can consider that the route is 100% cyclable. Climb to the square of the Virgen de la Roca and return, crossing Mont-roig and asphalted roads arriving in Cambrils. Magnificent views from the sanctuary, and very fast return.

Classic route from Cambrils. It is a fast route, where we will first get to Riudoms and then we will continue climbing in a phase to Riudecols, culminating in a climb to Pas del Tord that makes the next four kilometers are hard. After the ascent we have a fast and technical descent that will take us right to the dam of the Riudecanyes reservoir. Finally the return to Cambrils is rolling at a good pace.

A simple route, but surprising at the same time. The route starts in Cambrils with a more or less wide road towards Hospitalet de l'Infant. From the Bonmont Golf Course, more technical terrain following the road parallel to the AP-7 Highway. Almost at the arrival there is a small sign indicating the way to the Ermita. Final stretch of one kilometer that is a real wall. Catch our breath and return to Cambrils.
