Pedal that goes from the flat Cambrils coastline to the wild ramps that will take us to the monumental complex of Castell Monestir d’Escornalbou, with landscapes ranging from Mediterranean crop fields to lush forests of pines and oaks.

Medium difficulty route that takes us from the paradisiacal beaches of the Costa Daurada to the lush coniferous forests of the interior of the Baix Camp region.

Medium-difficulty route that runs through a multitude of paths with a long history. Roads that have been used both by farmers and pilgrims and that will take us through centuries-old farmhouses and hermitages out of the ordinary, to finish in the fantastic fishing port of Cambrils.

This route runs through the most rural environment of Cambris and, by extension of much of the Costa Daurada, reaching the spectacular hermitage of the Mare de Déu de la Roca, in Mont-roig del Camp, which will offer us incredible panoramic views. Along the way, we will cross large agricultural extensions.

This route starts in the heart of the Costa Daurada, at sea level, and climbs up to one of the most emblematic peaks of the pre-coastal mountain range, La Mussara. This is a watchtower that offers us the possibility of contemplating the Baix Camp region and the conurbation of Camp de Tarragona with the sea as a postcard perfect background.

The route runs through the towns of: Salou – Cambrils – Montbrió – Riudoms – Les Borges del Camp – Alforja – Vilaplana – Arbolí – Cornudella de Montsant – Botarell.

Route that goes from the golden beaches and fine sand of Cambrils to the pre-coastal mountain range, being able to enjoy a landscape of contrasts between the sea and the mountains. You can visit villages that preserve the agricultural activity as the main economic activity, turning the fields of vineyards and olive trees into spectacular natural canvases.

This is one of the hardest routes of the Costa Dorada but it compensates for the authenticity of the route, with the winding roads of the historic Priorat; the viewpoint of Montsant in the interior of the natural park and not forgetting, and back, the mythical Mussara.
