Authentic BTT route: varied, by the type of terrain, downhill, uphill.... highly recommended!!! We left Cambrils direction Riudecanyes. We arrived at Riudecanyes by a beautiful but narrow road. We begin to climb through paths in the middle of trees and shade until we reach the paved track that climbs to the castle of Escornalbou, hard climb. Quick descent to Vilanova d'Escornalbou and climb a great trail that passes through the foothills of the mountain of the Virgen de la Roca. This section has some technical points, but you can consider that the route is 100% cyclable. Climb to the square of the Virgen de la Roca and return, crossing Mont-roig and asphalted roads arriving in Cambrils. Magnificent views from the sanctuary, and very fast return.

Fancy Women Bike Ride is a women-only cycling event usually held on World Car Free Day each year. Fancy Women Bike Ride was born in 2013 in Izmir, Turkey, as a reaction to the traditional cycling world where men tend too much to tell women how they should be, what they should do, how they should dress. Fancy Women Bike Ride is proof that cycling is possible without lycra, without sweat, without competition, without reflective vests.

To crush the flat, take the bike and ride hard. Our route is on the old national road (N-340) towards l'Atmella and El Perelló. It is a road with little traffic, now that the highways have been made free, except for the transfer between campsites in summer. L'Atmella is about 35 kilometers away and the shoulder is passable. If we arrive at El Perelló, we will be at the gateway to the Ebro Delta and ride along the Delta Nature Trail, an infinite place to go cycling, although perhaps not in summer because of the heat.

This simple gravel route allows, leaving from Cambrils, to get to know this beautiful and emblematic place of the Baix Camp. The route to the hermitages is very rolling and only the last ramps have a significant slope. Once at the top, in addition to enjoying the beautiful terrace overlooking the sea and the surroundings, it is mandatory to approach the other chapel of the site: through a corridor that passes through the "Fossar de les Monges" as if it wanted to defy the laws of gravity. The chapel of Sant Ramon occupies the place that originally occupied the castle. We undo the climb, we take the road up towards the village of Colldejou, through the Sierra de Llabería, which we leave to take a tarred track to make the last meters of ascent. The descent is long and fun, ideal for gravel, alternating a first asphalt section with a steep slope and a final section on a track. We reach the coast, just past Miami Platja, and return to Cambrils avoiding the road as much as possible.

A route to enjoy the landscape of Priorat. Pleasant, winding roads with constant inclines, surrounded by fields of vineyards. The kilometers pass quickly, without us noticing. The landscape is constantly changing, and the proximity between villages makes the journey distracting. In autumn, the smell of pressed grapes after the grape harvest spreads throughout the region. Once we crowned the Teixeta, the descent to the swamp of Riudecanyes makes us enjoy the speed and we only have a favorable terrain until we reach Cambrils.

Ideal route for beginners or to recover your legs after a hard day. Practically flat route to Tarragona, where we take the N-340, we pass by the side of the Devil's Bridge, one of the best preserved Roman aqueducts and declared a World Heritage Site. From El Morell to Reus there is a very slight ascent that is accentuated when we reach Les Borges del Camp, the highest point of the route, from which we begin a gentle descent to Cambrils, passing through the towns of Botarell and Montbrió del Camp.
