Classic route from Cambrils. It is a fast route, where we will first get to Riudoms and then we will continue climbing in a phase to Riudecols, culminating in a climb to Pas del Tord that makes the next four kilometers are hard. After the ascent we have a fast and technical descent that will take us right to the dam of the Riudecanyes reservoir. Finally the return to Cambrils is rolling at a good pace.

Simple route, in which we can skip the part of the beach to make it shorter and get to know a little more of the interior. Interesting to do it when in some of the hermitages some cultural or religious act is realized, the section of the hermitage 2 to the hermitage 3 passes for a track of earth and sand for what it is advisable to make it in mountain bike or to look for another parallel track that passes about 50 m. below.

A simple route, but surprising at the same time. The route starts in Cambrils with a more or less wide road towards Hospitalet de l'Infant. From the Bonmont Golf Course, more technical terrain following the road parallel to the AP-7 Highway. Almost at the arrival there is a small sign indicating the way to the Ermita. Final stretch of one kilometer that is a real wall. Catch our breath and return to Cambrils.

The itinerary, which is circular and therefore can begin and end in any of the towns included in the route, runs along flat roads suitable for all types of cyclists. During the tour you will enjoy the agricultural landscape of this environment, a soft and friendly, rural and Mediterranean landscape. In addition to olive groves, you will also pedal through pleasant orchards, hazelnut and carob trees, typical of the Baix Camp. During the route you will be able to visit different spaces related to oil such as cooperatives, mills, museums and interpretation centers.

This demanding route is a continuous up and down path starting at approximately km. 50 to 120 and takes place in the regions of Tarragonès, Alt Camp, Baix Camp and Priorat. The mountain passes of La Batalla, Alforja, Arbolí, La Morera, Porrera and Teixeta and the more than 3000 meters of positive slope make this itinerary a powerful leg-breaker to satisfy the needs of the most climber cyclists. The hardness of the route, however, becomes a spectacle due to the fantastic views we find coming down from Arbolí and from the Municipality of La Morera de Montsant, located at the foot of the Sierra del Montsant. A true treat for the eyes, which offers us the entire Priorat and reaches the Ports of Tortosa-Beceite. The descent is dizzying to Escala-Dei, where it is worth returning calmly to visit its Charterhouse. We still have 2 more passes (Porrera and Teixeta) until we begin the descent back to Cambrils.

Route quite demanding and leg-breaking, it is necessary to dose and save strength for the last port of the itinerary, the ascent to the Castle of Escornalbou. This route goes into the Sierra de LLaberia, climbing the Coll de Fatxes from Pratdip, along a very pleasant road, full of vegetation. After Tivissa we enter the Priorat, passing through the villages of La Serra d'Almos, Guiamets, Capçanes, Marçà and La Torre de Fontaubella, from where we will start the second pass of the day, Colldejou. After a dizzying descent we start the ascent to Escornalbou Castle, with many sections of between 12 and 15%. We will return to Cambrils through Riudecanyes and Montbrió, always on favorable terrain.
