Fast roads in slight ascent to the village of Riudoms-. Then more of the same for kms in the direction of Mont-Roig. Dreamlike tracks, some paved and others not. Before entering Mont-roig turn right and begin the ascent to the Castell. In the village of Vilanova d'Escornalbou you can drink water and get to the main course of the journey. You will go down some steep ramps until a junction that descends to the left to L'Argentera. We continue straight on and arrive at a crossroads where the last wall will lead us to the gates of the castle/monastery. They will not let you in with your bike. The vertiginous descent through a fabulous Mediterranean forest with a predominance of holm oaks. All paved and very well cared for tourism. Already down we cross Duesaigues- and fast track with many ups and downs until we reach the Pantà de Riudecanyes-. Once past it, you will immediately enter the village that gives its name to the reservoir. At the start of the ride, you will enter a wadi that will take time and fatigue after all the pedaling you have done up to this point. Leaving the Rambla, a small road with no traffic at all to access Cambrils, where you take a great bike path parallel to the coast that will end up in Cambrils.

This simple gravel route allows, leaving from Cambrils, to get to know this beautiful and emblematic place of the Baix Camp. The route to the hermitages is very rolling and only the last ramps have a significant slope. Once at the top, in addition to enjoying the beautiful terrace overlooking the sea and the surroundings, it is mandatory to approach the other chapel of the site: through a corridor that passes through the "Fossar de les Monges" as if it wanted to defy the laws of gravity. The chapel of Sant Ramon occupies the place that originally occupied the castle. We undo the climb, we take the road up towards the village of Colldejou, through the Sierra de Llabería, which we leave to take a tarred track to make the last meters of ascent. The descent is long and fun, ideal for gravel, alternating a first asphalt section with a steep slope and a final section on a track. We reach the coast, just past Miami Platja, and return to Cambrils avoiding the road as much as possible.
