Cambrils has something magical that captivates anyone who loves cycling.
If you were lucky enough to experience the last edition of Cambribike, you surely still have the amazing atmosphere of the Pinaret Park in your mind’s eye.
In case you missed it, we’ll tell you about it.
Those days shared with cyclists from fourteen countries reminded us why this land breathes cycling on every corner.
The grand tribute to Jordi Mariné Tarés was the perfect reflection of that passion, recognizing a key figure who has dedicated his life to promoting cycling culture in our area and inspiring generations of cycle tourists.
The success of events like Cambribike is not by chance, but the result of a privileged environment.
This year’s edition closed with more than thirteen hundred participants who filled every corner of the event with activity and passion for two wheels.
The Parc del Pinaret became the main epicenter of the event, transforming into a vibrant space that hosted a specialized trade fair, high-level exhibitions and road safety education circuits designed for young people.
As we said, one of the most emotional and outstanding moments of the days was the great tribute dedicated to Jordi Mariné Tarés, an indispensable figure to understand cycling in the area.
His career and dedication to the sport received the recognition they deserve from a cycling community that is completely devoted and grateful for his legacy.

Throughout the three days, the program offered a very diverse range of activities that perfectly combined competitiveness, cycle tourism, and family leisure.
The event demonstrated a great capacity for international attraction by drawing cyclists from up to fourteen different countries, creating a unique multicultural atmosphere and a very positive impact on the local economy.
The different organized marches allowed participants to enjoy a wide variety of terrains .
The routes linked flat sections that run between local farmland with much more demanding climbs that went into mountainous areas of great scenic value such as Priorat, Serra de Llaberia and Serra de Montsant, thus adapting to all levels and modalities.
The fun and social aspect of the event played a fundamental role thanks to the proposals of the urban park, designed for whole families to enjoy challenges and games together.

In addition, Cambribike added a great culinary and relaxation appeal by linking the program’s activities with the rich seafood gastronomy of the area and its cultural offerings , guaranteeing a well-rounded experience for participants and companions both on and off the routes.
Cambrils enjoys a strategic geographical location in the heart of the Costa Daurada, with excellent transport links that allow you to get here very easily.
Moreover, the climate is a real gift throughout the year, offering mild winters and a Mediterranean light that invites you to hit the road or get lost along the paths in any month of the calendar.
The terrain of the area is a true dream for any cyclist, regardless of their level or preferred style.
From the coast itself, flat routes ideal for leisurely rides along the seaside begin, but just a few kilometers away the landscape changes completely. You’re suddenly confronted with the mountain passes and challenging climbs of the Costa Daurada and Priorat mountains, spectacular terrain perfect for devouring kilometers of asphalt or pushing your mountain or gravel bike to its limits.
But a perfect cycling trip doesn’t end when you get off the saddle.
Cambrils is an international benchmark for its gastronomy, where fresh seafood and olive oil with designation of origin turn every meal into a celebration.
After a great ride, there’s nothing like recharging by enjoying our seafood cuisine or discovering the rich cultural and historical heritage hidden within the municipality. It’s this combination of sport, hospitality, and the good life that ensures those who visit us to cycle always end up returning.
